Restricted Area - Military Firing Range

This military firing range is closed to boating traffic when they are practicing. There was a guard at the start of the canal who allowed me thru 'If I Proceeded With All Due Speed'. I promised. They didn't start practicing for almost an hour, although their landing vehicles were crossing - picture later in this set.
